The Restaurant
In our cooking we use wonderful locally sourced food, working with recipes that draw on the area’s heritage and our own family traditions. The produce comes from our own orchards, vegetable gardens and vineyards, or from our neighbours in the surrounding hills and valleys.
Every morning at breakfast we serve freshly baked cakes and biscuits, and every night we leave a new batch of bread slowly rising. We love it when our guests ask us to show them which plants were used to make the jam or cugnà chutney we serve with the cheese board, or to have a look around our vegetable plot. The care that goes into choosing each product we serve is a great source of pride.

Open every day for lunch 12:30 – 14:00 and dinner 19:30 – 21:00.
